Do you charge anything to place a vending machine?
No. Placement, delivery, setup, and maintenance are all completely free.
Who stocks the machines and how often?
We do. Most locations receive service every 1-2 weeks depending on foot traffic and sales. Sales are monitored remotely by us to alert restocks in a timely matter to ensure your team is covered.
What payment types does your machines accept?
Cashless is standard – tap, chip, swipe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless credit cards. Many machines also take cash payments as well.
Do you offer healthy options?
Yes! We can customize your machine with better-for-you snacks, drinks, and low-sugar selections.
What if we already work with another vendor, can we still work with Modern Vending Perks (MVP)?
We can help. Some contracts are exclusive to certain products such as “traditional” vending only. So in this case, we can focus on providing healthier, fresh options, or products that your current vending machine is not providing. Once your contact ends, then we can provide those traditional vending items for you in addition to fit your needs. Plus, if you don’t have a contract and not happy with your current vending we can work to ensure you can work with us to receive the MVP treatment.
Do we have to sign an agreement?
We provide a simple service agreement that outlines the relationship between your location and MVP so no surprises for anyone. The contract doesn’t have to have a time commitment, but does state that we at MVP. are responsible for keeping the vending machines stocked and maintained to your needs.
Is MVP insured?
Yes. Modern Vending Perks is a LLC company and insured, as well as each of our vending machines. We can provide a Certificate of Insurance for your records.
